The World Atheist Convention 2011 takes place in Dublin, Ireland June 3rd thru 5th. The official website is here: www.atheist.ie I’ve been out of the US before. We had to fly over some of Canada to get to our house in Alaska, and when I lived in El Paso, we used to party in Juarez. Does that count? But I’ve never been off this continent. Never needed a passport until now. Ain’t that sad? And yes, on DPRJones very first public appearance, he’ll sharing a stage with Lone Frank and Richard Dawkins. I betcha he’s gonna git a bit uppity about that. I will also be playing an active part in the convention. The only details I have so far are those that appear in the video. There are a number of tickets left. Anyone interested in attending should visit the site linked above. Details of the Magic Sandwich Show Special on June 5 will be posted nearer the time. Hate god? Sure i despise the god’s depicted in the monotheistic canons. Only true sociopaths and sadists would want those god’s to exist. The atheist convention itself isn’t talking about how much they hate a fictional character but rather to discuss about the negative aspects of these specific religions and what they wish to censor in the secular world and substitute them with religious dogmatic nonsense.
